I'm going to be pushing for 100! Push-ups, that is.
Over at Kate's Wedding, Kate started this program that trains you to be able to do 100 push-ups in 6 weeks. It's tough! But, I can use all the help I can get. Plus, come November 15th, I should have leaner toned arms!
Initial test: 10 "real" push-ups.
Week 1, Day 1: completed
So, do you think you're up for the challenge??

I saw someone else doing this too. I should try it - I typically do three sets of 10 at the gym but, uh, last time I checked, that only added up to 30 :)
I think I might too! I'm scared of it, but more scared of flabby arms at my wedding! :)
